Get Involved!

The success of the Boston Model Sailing Club is wholly dependent on its members and volunteers, who give generously of their resources, time, and expertise to running and growing the program.

We are seeking volunteers with an interest in model sail boating or who might have some sailing experience to help out with our Boston Model Sailing Club (BMSC) on the Esplanade in the historic Storrow lagoon. We are seeking dynamic and patient volunteers to help the public get the boats in the water and to show them how to use the remote controls. Remote controlled model boating and/or sailing experience desired, but training is available for those with interest yet no experience.
