About the Boston Landmarks Petition for the Charles River Esplanade

While ten signatures is the minimum required for submission of any petition, a greater number demonstrates a broader interest and makes a more compelling case for designation. For this reason, it is most desirable to submit the petition with as many signatures as possible. This petition can be circulated in hard copy or electronically. Each form can hold up to ten signatures. All signers must be registered voters in the city of Boston. All forms should be returned in hard copy to the Boston Preservation Alliance by October 15. The Alliance will ensure that the petition is submitted in a timely fashion to the Boston Landmarks Commission.
